Earnings up to $65,000+ annually What You’ll Do As a Barbershop Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily barbershop operations while supporting and developing your team. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of barbers and stylists in a high-volume barbershop Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficient workflows and a great client experience Maintain high service quality standards across all haircutting, grooming, and salon services Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of licensed barbers and cosmetologists Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage, including evenings and weekends Manage inventory and ensure retail and product levels are stocked appropriately Address client questions and resolve concerns to maintain a strong customer experience Partner with leadership to drive performance, retention, and team engagement What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a motivated Barbershop Manager who brings both technical experience and leadership skills to the team. 2-3 years of experience as a barber or stylist in a busy barbershop or salon setting Active Minnesota Cosmetology or Barber License Experience mentoring or leading a team in a salon, barbershop, or grooming environment Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering a great client experience Excellent communication and leadership abilities Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Why Floyd's 99 Barbershop At Floyd's, you’ll be part of a fun, high-energy barbershop culture where your leadership and hard work are recognized.
