Job Description

As a Security Officer Part Time Bicycle Incident Response Driver in Wilmington, DE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols by bike and vehicle, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed06:00 AM - 02:30 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Able to ride a bike.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
