Pay: $22-$30+/hr DOE

Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Join a growing fabrication team building custom steel projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop. We're looking for skilled Welders/Fitters who take pride in their work, can read blueprints, and want to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, quality, and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and other metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Fit, align, and weld parts to specification
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Work safely and efficiently to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding required
• Ability to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum
• Strong blueprint and fabrication drawing reading skills
• Knowledge of shop safety practices and PPE requirements
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred

• Stick welding experience
• AWS certification
• Experience with overhead cranes, grinders, and fabrication equipment
• Ability to pass a MIG weld test on carbon steel

Work Environment

Industrial fabrication shop producing large steel structures and custom projects. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative, safety-focused environment where skilled welders can grow their careers while working on challenging and rewarding projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
