Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other professionals as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer requirements, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
• Support a positive, collaborative, and client-centered culture.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for state licensure (if required).
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
