VP of Finance and Administration

The VP of Finance & Administration is a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for leading the company’s finance, administrative, IT, and CRM administration functions. This role provides strategic financial leadership, ensures operational effectiveness, supports profitable growth, and partners closely with the CEO, executive team, Board of Directors, and departmental leaders. Key Responsibilities Oversee fiscal strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, banking relationships, and monthly close processes. Provide timely, accurate financial analysis to the CEO, President, senior leadership team, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee. Develop and monitor key performance indicators, department objectives, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Advise leadership on long-range planning, regulatory matters, contracts, client billing, alliances, acquisitions or mergers, pension funds, investments, and other financial decisions. Manage annual audit processes, business valuation coordination, Stock Appreciation Rights calculations, incentive calculations, and bonus projections. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and organizational requirements, including GAAP, tax laws, and financial best practices. Evaluate finance and administration team structure, drive process improvements, and support professional growth of direct reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred. CPA designation highly desired. Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in a professional services organization, such as consulting, accounting, or legal services, strongly preferred. Experience with ESOP organizations is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
