Receiving ClerkAbacus Staffing is currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying product accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring materials are processed efficiently and accurately.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completenessUnload, sort, and organize incoming materials and productsCompare packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents against received goodsEnter receiving information into SAP and other company systemsMaintain accurate inventory and receiving recordsCoordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding discrepancies or damaged shipmentsLabel, store, and distribute inventory to appropriate locationsFollow company safety procedures and quality standardsAssist with inventory counts and cycle counts as neededRequirementsSAP experience is REQUIREDPrevious receiving clerk, warehouse receiving, or inventory experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and data entry experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBenefitsWeekly PayCompetitive Pay RateOpportunity for GrowthStable Monday-Friday ScheduleStart your next career opportunity with Abacus Staffing.
