Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Administer nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit
• Utilize specialty equipment such as IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes
• Manage patients with post-surgical conditions including abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, and fractures
• Provide care adhering to nursing standards and protocols
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg
• Active NY RN license and all active RN licenses verified via NURSYS report
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Travel experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
