First Choice Heating & Cooling LLC, a premier HVAC service provider in Waukesha, WI, is seeking a talented Telemarketing Professional to join our team. This role is integral to our business growth, focusing on creating opportunities and fostering growth through strategic telemarketing initiatives. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in expanding our service reach and impact, helping us keep Muskego warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize telemarketing lists to generate consistent service appointments.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule service appointments.
- Collaborate with the service team to align telemarketing efforts with business needs and capacities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales-driven role.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage and persuade.
- Strong organizational abilities and experience managing contact lists.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with our team to achieve shared objectives.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.
