Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Leaf Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults who present with a wide range of mental health needs. This includes individuals navigating everyday stressors, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your role will focus on empowering clients to enhance their quality of life through skill development and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state license suitable for independent practice, including: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in computer technology and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the working hours you choose. Additional benefits include:
