Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. Demonstrated experience managing high-risk construction activities including: Fall Protection Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Confined Space Entry Electrical Safety Experience working with subcontractors and maintaining regulatory compliance. Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, or similar campus construction experience is highly desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify corrective actions. Enforce company, client, and OSHA safety requirements. Monitor compliance with fall protection, lockout/tagout, confined space, fire protection, electrical safety, and other high-risk work activities. Lead hazard assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies. Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and contractor safety plans. Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Deliver safety training and toolbox talks. Maintain required environmental health and safety documentation and reporting. Partner with project management teams, subcontractors, and client safety representatives to promote a positive safety culture. Participate in emergency response planning and regulatory compliance efforts. Track safety metrics and recommend continuous process improvements. Interested in hearing more?
