Talent Coordinator

Ashley The Wellsville Group is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support our Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this role, you'll coordinate recruiting activities, manage interview scheduling, maintain applicant tracking, and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate and new-hire experience. You'll collaborate with store and HR leaders across NY, PA, and OH, supporting staffing needs, background checks, and HR documentation. Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations
• Maintain accurate applicant data and workflows in the ATSSupport job posting creation and distribution across job boards and company channels
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates, confirmations, and next steps
• Assist with new hire onboarding, paperwork, background checks, and orientation logistics
• Collaborate with HR and store leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines
• Prepare HR and recruiting reports, tracking metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company policies and basic employment regulations
• Support HR events, training sessions, and talent programs as needed
• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance candidate and employee experience
