Project Executive | Special Projects Group

Do you enjoy building relationships, winning work, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results?

Auburn Mechanical is seeking a Project Executive to drive business growth, oversee key client relationships, and provide leadership on complex construction projects. This role partners closely with executive leadership and plays an important role in developing future talent while helping guide our long-term growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead business development and sales efforts
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Develop pursuit strategies, proposals, and presentations
• Provide leadership and mentorship to emerging talent
• Guide projects from preconstruction through final delivery
• Help shape strategic growth initiatives for the company

We're looking for someone with a strong background in construction, business development, and client leadership who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance culture. Ideal candidates bring significant industry experience, a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities, a thorough knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating and industry standard contracting practices, and a passion for developing people and teams.
