Immigration Paralegal

Company Description June Lee Law Group is a bilingual (Korean/English) business immigration firm based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, providing strategic immigration counsel for the global workforce. We're seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with strong PERM expertise to join our growing employment-based immigration practice. Role Description In this role, you'll work directly with attorneys on a full portfolio of employment-based immigration matters — including E-2, L-1, H-1B, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3, Adjustment of Status (AOS), and PERM filings — spanning both non-immigrant and immigrant visa work. PERM expertise is essential: you should be comfortable independently managing PERM cases end-to-end, from prevailing wage determinations through certification and audit response, while contributing across the broader practice.
