This position will support attorneys in the management of pre‑litigation bodily injury and liability claims from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a high‑volume caseload, and experience working with insurance carriers, claim representatives, medical records, and settlement documentation. Responsibilities Manage a pre‑suit caseload involving bodily injury and liability matters. Review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills. Communicate with insurance adjusters, clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Draft correspondence, settlement packages, and demand responses. Coordinate claim investigations and gather supporting documentation. Maintain case files, deadlines, and status updates in the case management system. Assist attorneys with case evaluations and settlement negotiations. Order and review police reports, medical records, liens, and other supporting documents. Prepare files for litigation referral when necessary. Qualifications Prior paralegal experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or bodily injury claims preferred. Experience handling pre‑suit matters strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal/case management software.
