Office Services Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Services Associate to support daily administrative and operational service needs for a client site in Newport Beach, California. This is a Contract position that focuses on document production, mail handling, scanning, and front-end office support within a detail-oriented, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Responsibilities:• Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing logs and confirming all job instructions are complete before starting assignments.• Handle day-to-day reprographics, scanning, mailroom, and intake activities across both physical and digital workflows.• Sequence and process work according to turnaround expectations, ensuring completed materials are delivered accurately and on time.• Communicate proactively with clients and leadership regarding deadlines, request updates, and any issues that could affect service delivery.• Perform basic troubleshooting on copiers, scanners, and related office equipment, escalating more complex problems when needed.• Monitor quality by checking completed work for accuracy and consistency, including reviewing output produced by team members when required.• Replenish paper, toner, and other production supplies while using materials carefully and efficiently.• Support additional workplace service functions such as hospitality, reception, or audio/visual assistance based on site needs.• Maintain compliance with company and client workplace policies, including confidentiality, appropriate conduct, and safety expectations.
