Packing & Shipping Associate - 2nd Shift

Packing & Shipping Associate (2nd shift) American Tin Ceilings @ Renovation Brands Shift Full‑time, 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 11:00 pm), Monday – Friday. Hourly Rate $18.70 – $19.80 (based on experience and interview performance). What You’ll Do Pull, handle, count, pack and label various products into boxes for delivery to customers. Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy. Verify quantity and description of materials shipped by checking merchandise against packing list. Determine shipping method for materials using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Correspond with appropriate individuals regarding problems such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. Comply with safety procedures. Arrive at work on time daily with an optimistic demeanor. Maintain and improve a safe and clean workstation while adhering to all safety policies and guidelines. Perform other duties as required. What We’re Looking For Operate pallet jack, and potentially advance to forklift certification. Reliable, responsive, and committed to quality. Ability to understand and execute instructions. Possess organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. Detail oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced production environment. Interested in growth within the company and willing to invest effort. Physical Demands Ability to stand, bend, lift in excess of 50 lbs. repeatedly each day. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, push, and pull parts and containers. Ability to stand for long periods of time each day. Ability to work safely around equipment and follow safety rules.
