Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one patient care and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Participate in professional development and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for Colorado licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care.
