This is a fully remote position, allowing you to provide telehealth services to clients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' substance abuse histories as well as their overall mental health.

• Develop customized treatment plans that address both addiction challenges and co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring holistic care for each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, counselors, and healthcare providers to provide integrated, coordinated care for all clients.

• Educate and support families of clients, encouraging their involvement and understanding throughout the recovery process.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and timely records of client progress and therapy interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and related mental health conditions. Clients may range from adolescents to adults, each bringing unique challenges and life experiences. Your role will be critical in guiding them through the complexities of recovery with empathy, respect, and evidence-based support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as either LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling, coupled with a strong understanding of co-occurring disorders.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices tailored for substance abuse treatment.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and engage clients in their recovery journey.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, applicants with previous experience in telehealth delivery, crisis intervention, and the treatment of diverse populations will be strongly considered. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) software and other digital health platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
