Jobtailor is seeking an Intake Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for referrals and manage the end-to-end intake process. You will enter and track client data in HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation, while maintaining empathy and clinical credibility in communications with clients, families, and providers.
