Technical Project Manager

Job Title
Pay Range: $58hr - $63 hr
Requirement/Must Have
- 10+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 5 years in technical delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of legacy systems: IBMi AS/400 (RPG/COBOL familiarity a plus).
- Cloud platforms: GCP, Azure (compute, storage, networking, security).
- Middleware & UI: Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, ReactJS.
- Solid grasp of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile project delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale modernization or migration initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of replatforming and modernization projects across GCP, Azure, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define solution designs, migration strategies, and integration patterns.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee technical delivery across IBMi (AS/400), Java/Spring Boot services, and ReactJS/NextJS UI components.
- Drive cloud migration planning, DevOps enablement, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred.
- Cloud certification (Azure or GCP) a strong plus.
- Experience working in large enterprise or high-volume environments.
