Hiring Entry Level Production Workers in Everett, WA - Make Up to $2,000/Week

This is a short-term project of 6-8 weeks hiring immediately!

Entry level position - No experience needed

Are you looking for a high-paying, short-term opportunity with immediate openings? Join our Mailroom Production team and play a key role in processing important election mail. No previous mailroom experience is required. We provide training and offer both day and night shifts.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: 1.5x hourly rate for eligible overtime hours
• Potential Earnings: Up to $2,000+ per week with overtime
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: Up to 7 days per week, including weekends
• Project Duration: Up to 6 weeks
• Day and Night Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities

As a Mail Inserter Production Associate , you will help ensure the efficient and accurate processing of ballot mailings by:

Machine Operations

• Load envelopes, paper, and ballot materials into high-speed inserting equipment.
• Monitor mail insertion machines throughout production runs.
• Ensure addresses and mailing information are printed correctly and clearly.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect printed materials for accuracy and legibility.
• Verify ballots and documents are inserted into the correct envelopes.
• Maintain strict attention to detail to prevent processing errors.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Identify and clear paper jams or machine stoppages.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and operational.

Production Support

• Remove completed ballot packets from production lines.
• Stack, sort, and prepare finished mail pieces for distribution.
• Assist team members to maintain workflow and production targets.

Workplace Safety

• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Use proper lifting and material-handling techniques.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods during 12-hour shifts

✅ Basic math skills for counting and verifying production materials

✅ Ability to read and follow written work instructions

✅ Capability to lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

✅ Reliable attendance and ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
