Accounts Payable Specialist

Commercial Real Estate company looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. Lastly, where appropriate this candidate will track 1099s and create a report with related information at year end. Responsibilities Receiving, organizing, coding and posting all invoices related to multiple assigned commercial properties Research missing or overdue invoices Facilitate a weekly check run for each assigned property (run invoice register, print checks, mail) Receive, organize, electronically deposit and post all rent checks or ACH transfers Assist in annual 1099 preparation Accounting related administrative support including scanning and organizing historical company records Work cross functionally with various departments Qualifications Education: High School Diploma/GED 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field Required Skills MS Outlook and Office skills (Word & Excel) Ability to work efficiently and independently Ability to work productively with others #J-18808-Ljbffr
