  • LOVE word processing (as in every single day, much of the day), and be PROFICIENT in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
  • Have the creativity & perseverance needed to collect important documents from clients
  • Effectively MANAGE MULTIPLE PRIORITIES and deadlines
  • Have both superior ORGANIZATIONAL skills with attention to detail, and professional oral and written COMMUNICATION skills
  • Be able to handle sensitive material and maintain confidentiality
  • Be able to effectively use general office equipment, including computers and all related equipment, printers, copiers, faxes, xhqgsiq phone systems, and postage meters
  • Provide efficient administrative support to professional staff and executive leadership
