Food and Beverage Manager

Altair at Arlo Midtown is seeking a dynamic, experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our hospitality-forward team. As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be a key leader responsible for the seamless execution of daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and rooftop venues. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of service standards, team development, and financial performance—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment and leads by example.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering warm, professional leadership while fostering a culture of hospitality throughout all guest experiences.

• Overseeing day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth service transitions from morning to evening shifts.

• Leading staff pre-shifts and service execution with attention to pacing, coverage, and guest flow.

• Collaborating with culinary and bar teams to ensure menu synergy and execution of brand standards.

• Monitoring labor, beverage, and operating costs, and adjusting strategies to support financial performance.

• Driving guest engagement and floor presence, resolving issues with professionalism and genuine care.

• Upholding sanitation, safety, and appearance standards across all F&B outlets.

• Training, mentoring, and holding staff accountable to service expectations and performance goals.

• Contributing to programming and promotional efforts through innovation and operational insight.

• Supporting company initiatives and participating in regular leadership meetings.

• Executing all RHG ethos pillars to ensure the highest standard of hospitality.

Important Information:

• Full-time position with an expected minimum of 50 hours of work per week.

• We aim to standardize manager schedules while maintaining flexibility to adjust based on business needs.
