We are looking for our next great team member to join our management team and assist the Director of Food and Beverage in the day-to-day operation of the department. Inspire and develop a team of hospitality professionals. Ensure impeccable service standards and foster memorable guest interactions. Collaborate with culinary teams to curate unique dining experiences. Drive revenue goals and oversee cost management. Does this sound like you? 2+ years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management (hotel F&B experience a plus!). Strong organizational and communication skills. A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team. A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
