Job Details Job Title: Accountant – Japanese Bilingual Client: Japanese Company Working Location: Irving, TX Working Style: Hybrid (2 days in Onside) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000–$60,000(DOE) Benefit: Full Benefits Visa Support: N/A Working Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM Language: English & Japanese Key Responsibilities Review and validate Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and General Ledger (G/L) transactions before processing in SAP. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records. Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Process accounting transactions using SAP and related accounting systems. Maintain accounting documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives as required. The right candidate will possess Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues independently. High level of integrity when handling confidential financial information. Strong communication skills with internal teams and Japan headquarters. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment. Required Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred). 2–3 years of general accounting experience. Experience with: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger Payroll entries Bank reconciliations Experience using SAP or ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
