What We're Looking For:

• Licensed SLPs (ASHA certification preferred), or Speech Language Associates progressing toward licensure per state PSC guidelines
• Experienced in school-based and/or general education therapy settings
• Able to manage a caseload of 35-45 students, providing pull-out speech therapy focusing on language and articulation
• Exceptional organization and communication skills for building rapport with teachers, parents, and staff
• A team player who thrives in collaborative settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy for general education students
• Maintain thorough documentation following district requirements
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, student support staff, and families
• Engage in school meetings and contribute to IEP process as needed
