Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an in-office role that plays an integral role in the daily operations of our Rockville office, ensuring things run smoothly for both clients and employees. Position Responsibilities Replenish and stock snacks, beverages and paper goods daily Housekeeping – clean and straighten common areas Maintain refreshment areas Assist with firm and group event set ups/clean up Pick up miscellaneous supplies at Costco, etc. as needed Maintain updates in our reservation management system and assist team members as needed Maintain Launch Pad – assist with set up for meetings and partition wall Order snacks and beverages, etc. as needed Scanning Work with HR Director and property manager on access cards Assist IT with tasks as needed Assist with all facility needs Qualifications At least 21+ years of age Must have a valid driver’s license Held a facilities coordinator role or similar experience Self-motivated professional with proven independent judgment and decision making Organization skills a plus Must have basic computer skills & the ability to adapt to new computer software $25.21 - $33.92 an hour The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
