Management candidate should have at least 2-3 years of salon management experience doing scheduling, training, marketing and business development functions. Candidate will be responsible for servicing customers as well.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Licensed in the State of MD
• Possession of good technical skills
• Willingness to follow proven processes
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must have good computer skills (word and excel)
• Prior management experience managing a group of 6+ employees
• Willing to work hard, build relationships and assist in growing customer base
• Will be responsible for providing services to customers and managing all aspects of the business (revenue/product goals, daily shop operations, staffing/scheduling, education initiatives, and business development).
• Excel personally and professionally at Roosters Men's Grooming Center.
