Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their dynamic team.This is an in-office role that plays an integral role in the daily operations of our Rockville office, ensuring things run smoothly for both clients and employees.Position ResponsibilitiesReplenish and stock snacks, beverages and paper goods dailyHousekeeping – clean and straighten common areasMaintain refreshment areasAssist with firm and group event set ups/clean upPick up miscellaneous supplies at Costco, etc. as neededMaintain updates in our reservation management system and assist team members as neededMaintain Launch Pad – assist with set up for meetings and partition wallOrder snacks and beverages, etc. as neededScanningWork with HR Director and property manager on access cardsAssist IT with tasks as neededAssist with all facility needsQualificationsAt least 21+ years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseHeld a facilities coordinator role or similar experienceSelf-motivated professional with proven independent judgment and decision makingOrganization skills a plusMust have basic computer skills & the ability to adapt to new computer software$25.21 - $33.92 an hour The salary range for this opportunity is stated above.
