Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $124.12/hr

What You ll Do:

• Manage outpatient oncology patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff
• Support patient care in an outpatient setting with inpatient collaboration as needed
• Utilize Epic EMR for coordinated care documentation
• Provide education, follow-up, and treatment planning for diverse age groups
• Support the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient experiences

What You Need:

• Minnesota licensure for Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA)
• Board Certification as PA or Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Experience working with cancer patients preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work the scheduled hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
