What You'll Do

• Collaborate with hematologists and oncologists to manage outpatient patient care
• Support patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Administer and monitor chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
• Provide patient education and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Document clinical findings and treatment plans using EPIC EMR
• Support inpatient collaborations as needed in a hospital setting
• Contribute to a patient-centered, high-quality oncology practice with a focus on continuity of care

What You Need
Required:

• Minnesota licensed RN or APRN (NP or PA)
• Board Certification in NP or PA
• Experience in hematology/oncology or related outpatient care preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with EPIC EMR
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
