About the Role Longevity Health is seeking a highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and entrepreneurial leader to develop growth strategies, new products, and innovative partnership structures that expand the company’s value proposition, create new growth engines, and strengthen its position across the long-term care and value-based care ecosystem. The Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & New Ventures will evaluate and develop new models that parlay Longevity’s strengths and then work with primary care organizations, physician groups, skilled nursing facility operators, payors, ACOs, ancillary providers, and other healthcare or relevant organizations to achieve those goals. This individual will serve as a strategic architect and internal incubator. The role will focus on proactive approaches to product strategy but also take advantage of opportunistic relationships that might become available when appropriate. The role will identify opportunities, define the partnership thesis, develop the business and economic model, evaluate strategic and operational feasibility, structure agreements, lead cross-functional diligence, and guide new models through pilot design and initial implementation. Once a model is proven and operationally ready, the role will transition ongoing ownership to the appropriate business or operational leader. The role directly supports Longevity's need to pursue multiple growth engines, alternative products, new contracting models, and a broader value proposition for skilled nursing facility partners and the senior living space in general when appropriate. That direction is consistent with the company's recent strategic materials, which identify new strategic partnerships, broader SNF solutions, alternative product models, and contracting innovation as important growth catalysts. Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field MBA, MHA, MPH, or another relevant graduate degree from a highly regarded program, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience Meaningful experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity portfolio operations, product strategy, or new venture development Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, conduct rigorous analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations Experience developing business cases, financial models, market assessments, executive presentations, and implementation roadmaps Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment while introducing appropriate structure, discipline, and accountability Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence rather than relying solely on direct authority High level of judgment, intellectual curiosity, discretion, and personal accountability Strongly Preferred: Experience in healthcare consulting or strategy, particularly involving Medicare Advantage, value-based care, physician groups, ACOs, health plans, skilled nursing facilities, post-acute care, or institutional care Experience evaluating or designing risk-based, capitated, shared-savings, delegated, or performance-based arrangements Familiarity with healthcare regulatory, compliance, contracting, and data-sharing considerations Experience taking a new concept from strategic assessment through pilot launch and operational transition Understanding of clinical delivery models and how clinical, operational, and financial incentives interact Experience working with senior executives, boards, investors, or private equity sponsors Experience operating in the senior living and value-based care environment Leadership Characteristics Strategic and practical: Able to develop a sophisticated strategy while remaining grounded in operational realities Entrepreneurial: Energized by building new models and solving problems without a predefined playbook Analytically rigorous: Comfortable challenging assumptions and quantifying the economic implications of strategic choices Commercially creative: Able to envision partnership structures beyond conventional customer and vendor arrangements Healthcare fluent: Capable of understanding clinical, regulatory, financial, and operational considerations simultaneously Collaborative but decisive: Able to build alignment while moving the organization toward clear decisions Executive-ready: Concise, credible, and comfortable communicating with senior leaders, partners, investors, and the Board Adaptable: Effective in a growing organization where priorities and information may evolve quickly Mission-oriented: Motivated by improving care and quality of life for individuals in long-term care Summary Company Overview Longevity Health is a national provider of Institutional Special Needs Plans (I-SNP), created to meet the complex healthcare needs of nursing home residents.
