The Role Requires Someone Who 3+ years retail leadership experience and proven skills in coaching and training; exhibits discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy. Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
