Business Development Representative

GREEN CLEAN COMMERCIAL

Green Clean is an exciting and motivating place to work where we create an impact through building relationships and providing sustainable 'Green Cleaning' services. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team to help expand our customer base nationally. In this role, you will receive incoming leads and build relationships with clients interested in Green Clean Commercial's services. If you are organized, love building relationships with people and love selling something you can stand behind, then we are what you've been looking for! Compensation And Benefits Annual Starting Base Salary of $50,000.00 based on experience and applicable technical skills – Plus an aggressive Commission Plan Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but extra hours and travel may be necessary for each customer's needs. Company Credit Card issued for vehicle fuel-related to business and approved business purchases Standard Vacation package & most Federal holidays observed Health, Medical & Dental Benefits (after 90 days) 401K (after 90 days) Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Attend and confirm appointments through incoming leads systems Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients CRM & Email Automation Management Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives Prepare sales proposals and ensure adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Maintain and keep organized records of web-based proposal database Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople (future responsibility possibility) Job Requirements 1 year business-to-business sales experience preferred (but not required) 1 year janitorial service sales experience preferred (but not required) Must have experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) Valid Driver's License Clean Background Check Strong math & organizational / multi-tasking skills Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook Apps and web-based software Must be able to travel 20% as business requires Green Clean Commercial is a proud employer of U.S. Military Servicemen and Servicewomen!
