Creative Marketing & Promotions Coordinator

Are you creative, organized, great with a computer, and the kind of person who likes doing a little bit of everything? We’re a creative promotional products company looking for an energetic, curious, and highly organized person to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and you do not need experience in the promotional products industry. We’ll teach you the business, our products, our vendors, and our systems. What we’re really looking for is someone who is savvy, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited to learn. You might spend the morning putting together a creative presentation for a client, then work on a quote, create a social media post, send out a customer mailing, communicate with a vendor about samples, and help track a shipment in the afternoon. In other words: you’ll wear a lot of hats. What You’ll Do Creative & Marketing Create creative decks and product presentations for customer projects Help develop promotional product ideas and presentations based on customer needs Create and manage social media posts and content Help develop marketing campaigns and customer communications Create customer mailings and promotional outreach Help organize and execute email marketing and other marketing initiatives Assist with simple graphic design and visual content Help keep our marketing materials, presentations, and product libraries fresh and organized Promotional Products & Customer Projects Prepare quotes and enter orders accurately Research promotional products and find creative product solutions Work with customers to gather information and help bring ideas to life Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, artwork, production, and samples Build relationships with vendor partners Leverage vendor programs, free spec samples, and promotional opportunities to create better presentations and experiences for our customers Coordinate product samples and presentations Office & Operations Handle data entry and maintain accurate customer and product information Manage email and communication through Outlook Assist with shipping, tracking, and receiving Help coordinate customer mailings Jump in and help wherever the team needs you The Person We’re Looking For We're less concerned about your resume than we are about how you think and how you work You might be a great fit if you are: Creative and visually minded Organized and detail-oriented Good at juggling multiple projects at once Comfortable with Excel, Outlook, email, and online tools Naturally curious and willing to figure things out Comfortable talking with customers and vendors Someone who notices what needs to be done and jumps in Resourceful and good at solving problems Excited by new products, ideas, trends, and creative projects Dependable and accountable Someone who doesn't mind switching gears throughout the day Experience with any of the following is a plus: Promotional Products and apparel Marketing or social media Canva or other design programs Microsoft Excel PowerPoint or presentation software Shipping or logistics Retail or hospitality Graphic design Working with vendors or suppliers You do need to be willing to learn, ask questions, take initiative, and jump in.
