Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

Registered Nurse – Level III NICU

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level III NICU Required competencies: dysrhythmia interpretation/management Valid compact or state RN license required at the time of submission Required certifications: BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Experience managing ventilators (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BiPAP/PEEP) Skills in umbilical artery/vein catheter (UAC/UVC) and arterial line care Proficiency in central/implanted line care and IV therapy, including IV vasopressors Ability to administer surfactants and steroids Knowledge in feeding management, including bottle, breast, gavage, and tube feeding Experience with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome care Understanding of infection control and isolation precautions

Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates, including monitoring and assessing patient conditions Administer prescribed medications and treatments following hospital protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Support families by providing education and emotional support during neonatal care

Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Compliance deadline for credentialing is the Tuesday prior to start date Background checks and fingerprinting required for submission Return-to-office policy includes submission of required documentation 2 professional references required, with at least one from a manager or director
