As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Desk in Asbury Park, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a residential community, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Your professional presence will help support a secure, welcoming environment while responding to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide courteous customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the residential location by greeting visitors, verifying authorized entry, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Observe front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate relevant information during shift changes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
