Workday Integration Lead - AMS

The Workday Integration Lead role focuses on delivering and supporting Workday solutions with a strong technical emphasis on integrations. Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize complex Workday integrations, with deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in partnership with functional teams. Analyze requirements, produce technical specifications, conduct unit and system testing, and troubleshoot complex issues. Support integrations and data flows across core Workday modules (HCM, Financials, and optionally Student). Provide Tier3 incident management and ongoing client support in managed service environments. Lead junior consultants, review deliverables, delegate work, and contribute to team development. Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of proven experience in Workday technical roles with ownership of integrations and technical design across modules. Deep expertise in Workday Studio and integration development. Demonstrated ability to translate functional requirements into scalable solutions. Experience producing technical specifications, testing, and troubleshooting within Workday. Strong working knowledge of core Workday modules (HCM, Financials; Student is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. No travel required unless requested by the client. Preferred Skills & Experience Active Workday certification (Integrations strongly preferred; HCM, Financials, or Student are a plus). Experience supporting Workday in AMS / managed services environments. Hands‑on experience with BIRT or other reporting tools. Experience with medium to large‑scale implementations or post‑production environments. Experience with automation, inbound/outbound integrations, and end‑to‑end data flows. Strong proficiency with Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and testing. Compensation Estimated base salary range: $135,000–$165,000. Total estimated compensation range (including incentive): $162,000–$198,000.
