The Sales Specialist is an integral part of the Greyson Clothiers team. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly, building authentic relationships to understand and meet their needs.
• Provide detailed product information and share enthusiasm for Greyson's offerings, guiding clients in their selections.
• Monitor sales floor inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders, maintaining attention to detail.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints proactively and professionally.
• Assist with daily operational needs, demonstrating dependability and readiness to contribute to the team.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
