Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Greater Grand Rapids + West Michigan Area)
Compensation: $80,000 guaranteed first-year salary + uncapped commission (Top reps earn $150,000+)
Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 employee of Pella by Horne, including Full Benefits Package with expenses

Pella Windows & Doors by Horne is seeking brand representatives to join our growing team in the residential window and door replacement market. This is a consultative sales role where you'll meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and present customized solutions using our industry-leading products and processes. No cold-calling, door-knocking, or canvassing. We provide you with qualified sales leads through our extensive advertising outreach.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners
• Present and sell window and door replacement solutions
• Build rapport and deliver a personalized, consultative sales experience
• Use proven sales processes and tools to close deals
• Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up effectively
• Represent the Pella brand with professionalism and expertise

Requirements:What We're Looking For

• Proven success in sales, customer-facing, or consultative roles
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Education: High school diploma required; some college a plus but not required

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• In-home sales or home improvement sales
• Retail, B2C, or commission-based sales roles
• Experience with negotiation and closing techniques
