About The Role CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, reconciliations, ledgers, and routine accounting support workflows. Responsibilities Support day-to-day workflows, records, and cross-functional coordination. Maintain accurate documentation and structured internal records. Contribute to reliable, organized, and accurate remote execution. Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail, communication, and reliability. Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through. Comfortable working in a structured company environment. Ability to manage documentation, records, or operational tasks accurately. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows. Experience in administrative, operational, customer, HR, or finance support roles. Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems. Work Environment Remote role for candidates located in the United States. Full-time position. Individual contributor or coordination-based responsibilities depending on role.
