About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Account Management to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership of key client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client retention and growth, ensuring the exceptional delivery of services, and maintaining executive-level stewardship of major accounts. This role demands a leader with a strong background in account management, capable of negotiating complex contracts, driving renewal planning processes, and establishing account health metrics. The AVP will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team, setting performance standards, and proactively engaging with clients to mitigate churn risk and identify opportunities for enhanced solutions. Candidates for the AVP position must have a proven track record in account management, with a focus on client leadership and strategic relationship management. Essential skills include the ability to deliver high-impact presentations, maintain strong client communications, and anticipate and resolve client concerns. The role requires a leader with excellent planning and leadership skills, who can coordinate and advise account managers, clients, and executives. Experience in marketing and business development within the healthcare or related industry is highly valued, as is the ability to lead a team in identifying and advancing expansion opportunities. The AVP will also be expected to provide market feedback, support the creation of strategic account plans, and ensure the team is aligned with the company's account management strategy.
