Sales Manager

Genesis of Hampton is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hampton, VA. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving targets in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance and professional growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast and improve sales performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and data.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Location-based or willingness to work in Hampton, VA.
