Key Responsibilities\n

• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster open communication and therapeutic progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to diagnose mental health disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions via video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual therapy and/or group therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
