Delivery Route Supervisor

The Qualifications Include Training and managing a team of 3-5 route drivers. Managing the inventory of the facility. Hands‑on assistance with routes and deliveries where required. The ability to learn and utilize our operational systems and procedures. The understanding (or ability to learn) how to lead a warehouse facility with attention to detail and great organization and accountability. A valid CDL, clean driving background, drug screen and DMV record. An outgoing, cheerful demeanor that loves interacting with our customers, peers and team members. A positive, respectful, "can‑do" leadership attitude. A leader that can motivate the team on a daily basis. A money driven mindset with a service driven work ethic. Ability to lift 45 pounds.
