Senior Accountant

I'm partnering with a well-established professional services organization in the Boston area seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity is 3 days hybrid following the first 2-3 months in office and pays $95-110k base salary depending on experience. Hands-on role with exposure to: Full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting General ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations Accounts payable oversight and process improvements Payroll administration and internal controls Audit support and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership Ideal background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience in a Professional Services environment ERP experience (such as Sage, Deltek, etc.) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
