Position Overview Under the general direction of the Procurement & Services Officer II, the Prison Canteen Manager II is responsible for the supervision of staff, incarcerated persons, and the overall operation and function of the canteens at the East and West Facilities. Responsibilities include researching, purchasing, pricing, storing, reporting, and accounting for items used and purchased by incarcerated persons throughout the canteen system. Working Conditions California Men's Colony, San Luis Obispo. Work location: San Luis Obispo County. Telework: In Office. Work Shift: 0800-1600.
