Seeking independent, self-driven, and highly empathetic talent to join our family in building a long-term career in the field of Surrogacy Management Services. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Billing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing finance consultations and billing guidance to intended parents and gestational carriers throughout their journey. You will review GC agreements, follow contract verbiage, and report special cases. You will also be responsible for opening and closing accounts, monitoring account balances, requesting funding, handling payments, and collecting reimbursements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide GC and IP onboarding finance consultations and billing guidance throughout the journey
- Review GCA, follow contract verbiage, and report special cases
- Open/close accounts, watch account balance, request funding, handle payment, and collect reimbursements
- Provide billing reports to management
- Process work requests related to billing output
- Provide billing documentation to internal and external auditors for compliance
- Book flights and hotel
- Order amazon, flowers, groceries
- Three times a month GC payment
- Record agency fees
- Update escrow account amount
- Perform other duties as assigned
Equivalent to High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily Able to commute to office: 3200 East Guasti Road, Suite 100, Ontario, CA 91761 Invoice: 1 year (Required) Billing report: 1 year (Required)
