Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in East Petersburg, PA. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies for both of our locations. The role involves administering benefits and payroll processes in coordination with internal and external partners, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting managers with coaching and workforce planning. The Human Resources Manager also leads initiatives to enhance employee engagement, support training and development programs, and promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Regular collaboration with leadership and staff is essential to align HR practices with business goals and customer-focused values. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, HR policies, and best practices in a U.S. workplace setting. Ability to manage HR data and documentation, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality. Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization. Proven organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Experience supporting or administering benefits, payroll coordination, and safety or workplace wellness initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) are a plus.
